SmileyGamer is a mobile games publisher based in Belgium, with a strong focus on the match-3 genre. The company was founded in 2016 by Jochen De Schepper, after being a self-employed online and mobile game developer and publisher since 2007. In those days, this website was still a flash games portal!
At the end of 2012, our focus shifted to the fast growing mobile games market. Promising games from other developers were published in addition to our in-house developed games. Early successes include Easter Egg Match and Shape Matcher. By the end of 2015 we entered the Android market with a bang, and the release of our biggest success Christmas Sweeper 3. A game which made it to the top spot of the iPad puzzle games chart!
To get the best support, please contact our support team from within the game you’re playing. Most games have a Contact Support button on the Settings screen. Our support team will handle your email on weekdays during European business hours, and will normally get back to you within 24 hours.
Before contacting support, check the following steps:
1. Do not delete the game! This is usually not required, and might result in the loss of your data.
2. If the game is frozen, force close and restart it and check if the problem persists.
3. If it crashed, restart your device and check if the problem persists.
4. Make sure you have installed the latest version of the game.
